Costs
At Serenity House we respect personal and individual space. Therefore, no more than two people will share a room. Most rooms are singe occupancy.
- All beds are $750 per month.
- One time move in fee of $1,750.00 which includes:
- 1st months rent
- Administration fee
- Cleaning fee
- Maintance / repairs
- Furnishing cost
- Payment in full prior to move in of house.

Residents must participate in weekly house meeting and attend 12 step meetings, a minimum of 3 per week.
Residents are required to work a 12 step program with a sponsor of their choosing.
Curfews and other “Expectations” to be provided upon acceptance into the house.
Random urine and breath anaysis tests are required and provided by the house.
Residents looking to reside at Serenity Houses under Rehabilitaion Living Foundation, Inc. shall be selected entirely on a non-discriminatory basis with respect to age, sex, race, religion, national orgin, or sexual orientation.
