Affordable Sober Living
At Serenity Houses, we provide affordable sober living to recovering addicts and alcoholics from around the country. Most rooms are singe occupancy. We respect personal and individual space, therefore, no more than two people will share a room.
- All beds are $500 per month.
- One time move in fee of $1,500 for first-time residents, which includes:
- 1st months rent
- Administration fee
- Cleaning fee
- Maintenance / repairs
- Furnishing cost
- Payment in full prior to move in to house.
- Returning residents do not pay an administration fee.
